Q: What do you think based on safety and/or personal prefrence.. I've never had raw oysters.
A: I love oysters. Just make sure the place you order from is reputable, clean, and sells a lot of oysters. (They are more likely to be fresh that way.) My friend's father died of Vibrio from oysters he ate in South Florida. It was a horrible tragedy, but a very rare occurrence. .
