Q: I am looking for a casual place to hold a wedding rehersal dinner in Cincinnati. I was looking at Porkopolis in Mt Adams but they closed! We would love either a view of the City, or something different around the downtown/east side area. We are getting married at St Francis de Sales.... any suggestions??
A: Why not one of the other Mt. Adams places- Teak, Daveeds, or the Mt Adams Fish House? If none of them, how about Primavista? As the name implies, it has a great view! It all just depends on how much you want to spend, you could get one of the private rooms at the Montgomery Inn Boathouse. For the best Italian food in the City (and possibly the whole Midwest), you could go to Vincenzo's on Chester Road. You could see about Jags or Mesh in West Chester. If you want to go high end, you could always go with a Jeff Ruby place, like Carlo and Johnny's is in Blue Ash, or The Precinct would be good.
