Q: Where is the best Happy Hour, beginning anytime after 4 and lasting until at least 5:30, in LoDo for CHICKS? If you answer Earl's, so help me, I'll give you a thumbs down. ;^)
A: The best place is the place with all the people. There are too many to name. If you want something more "sophisticated"- there is Trios Wine bar. Cuba Cuba- a little away from Lodo- like a mile- has great Mojitos and a good happy hour. There are all the sports bars that are close to Blake and 18th. The Rio is always happening. I honestly don't know how good the drink prices are but these places always have hot chicks.
