Q: Our 20 year anniversary is coming up. I want to knock my wife's socks off. I want to get her a really formal dress, limo and go out. The problem is...We just moved to Denver and I don't know what the most special restaurants or what entertainment to do after dinner. We don't make a lot of money but I have been secretly saving money. I want to spare no expense and let her have a Cinderella night. Any ideas on where to go?
A: The cuisine in Denver is SO amazing... I just moved after living there for 2 years and I ate out all the time. Depending on what type of "fine dining" cuisine you're looking for... Zengo is an incredible Asian fusion restaurant.... I've been to mizuna and I think it's over priced... McCormick although it's a chain, very good food, and if you call and let them know it's an extra special night usually they print a special menu with your names on it w/ 20 yr anniversary as a memento to take home. The flagstaff house in boulder is suppose to be unreal.... My BF and I always went to The 9th Door for a really fun time. It's tapas so you can snack and share different things for hrs and a bottle of wine and finish w/ Choco Lava Cake and a glass of champagne or port! Good luck and have a good time!
