Q: I'm trying to find a good dollar scoop Chinese restaurant near south Lakewood. Does anyone in the area know of one maybe on S. Federal or Sheridan? I know there is one Near Union & Alameda, but I don't go on that side of town much, so I wanted to find one closer.
