Anyone know of an inexpensive place to hold a birthday party with about 50 guests for a 25 yr old in Philly?

A: A friend of mine is planning a party at a Mexican restaurant called Paxia. It's a BYOB in South Philly. It's running her about $1,000 for 40 people on a Saturday night.
