Q: If you live in San Antonio or have been to a DICK'S LAST RESORTS its a restaurant how is it there? I have read that the service is rude to you and you can do pretty much anything you want if you work there. How old do you think you have to be to work there? Do provide me with more information. A: Dick's is the bomb. It's actually located in the "basement" of the Nix hosptial and is the only hospital in the U.S. with a full bar in it. The staff is supposed to be rude but in a fun way. you are encouraged to throw napkins, (but not wet ones) and all kinds of things. They will make you crazy hats with horribly mean funny sayings on them. I'm almost certain you have to be 21 to work there. The service isn't necessarily rude, it's more of an act that you're playing into. You'll understand once you go. It's one of my favorite places to go to downtown. Even locals still love it.
