Q: i want to go to the boathouse in coronado, san diego. im wondering if anyone has been there and how pricey it is, how the food is, and how i should dress. thanks!
A: The Boathouse in Coronado is pretty pricey. We went there for Xmas dinner last year. For 2 people I would expect to pay around $50-100 (about $25-50 a plate depending on what you get). That is without drinks and appetizer though. Their food IS excellent though. As for what to wear, semi formal or dressy casual. For guys, a nice button up shirt w/ jeans or slacks and same for girls (a dress, skirt w/ a nice top would be fine but so would a nice top w/ jeans or slacks).
