A: umm ya completly lame, sorry but I dont know if you have ever been ti ruby's on the pier but it's like a complet family resturant with crying kids everything, crayons, so ya a little black dress would bit rididculous, also I dated a marine and your deff not going to find them there, try a bar around pendelton though.
