It is always a party scene at The Landing but beware, it tends to get overrun with bachelor/bachelorette parties on the weekends! Its a fun time though and the Big Bang is awesome (dueling piano bar)! Soulard is an older neighboorhood (home to our annual Mardi Gras celebration) that offers several fun bars within walking distance.
